Anywaaay... I was in the mood to draw Pokemon around the time it started to rain really heavily here. XD (So much for the drought~ XP). I've always loved storms- particularly the kind with thunder and lightening, but heavy rain is good too~ <33

So... This is the result. :3

I'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out. X3

Anyone remember that ooold Pokemon episode with the Charmander? ;3; I was watching that with my mum when I was 5, and she cried more then me! xD;;;
